Beef Brisket:

1 beef brisket
3/4 cup liquid smoke
3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp ground celery salt
2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp pepper

Combine all in a zip lock bag and marinate brisket overnight. Wrap brisket fat side up, in foil and bake at 250 degrees for 8-10 hours (depending on how big it is). Remove from foil and scrape off the fat. Cover with barbecue sauce, if desired, and bake for a few more minutes. Let the brisket rest before slicing into.
