Dried Apples:
2 Apples (makes about 24 apple slices. You can remove the center core by simply using a knife to cut it out)
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 non stick baking sheets
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Make sure there are two racks evenly in the center of the oven to place your baking sheets on to. Using a mandoline slicer
, slice the apples thin (about 1/4 inch thick). Dip the apple slices in the lemon juice and place them onto the baking sheets. Place the baking sheets onto their own rack, close the oven, and immediately turn the oven down to 170 degrees. Let them bake for about 2 hours.
