BBQ Chicken Pizza:

1 package of Garlic and Herb (or plain) pizza dough from Trader Joes
olive oil
your favorite BBQ sauce
2 cooked chicken breast pieces, cubed
shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (5oz) can of crushed pineapples, drained
1/2 medium red onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, finely chopped
crumbed goat cheese (montchevre)
1 cup cilantro, chopped
pinch of sea salt
pinch of pepper

Chill your dough in the fridge for at least 4 hours before using.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees (or whatever your pizza dough package says). Brush olive oil on a large baking sheet.

Roll out your chilled dough on a flat, floured surface (thin). Brush olive oil all over the top of the rolled out dough (if you plan on adding a lot of topping, I would bake the dough for about 5-7 minutes first, then add your topping. otherwise lightly add your toppings and cook all at once). Sprinkle the dough with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then add a thin layer of BBQ sauce, the mozzarella cheese, chicken pieces, pineapples, green peppers, red onions, cilantro and the crumbled goat cheese. Spoon on more of the BBQ sauce over the top and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the pizza dough has cooked through.
