Italian London Broil:

2 lbs London broil beef, room temperature (pat down with a paper towel)
Marinade Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (I use Tantillo - Balsamic Bliss Glaze)
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Mix all of the ingredients together to make a marinade. Lightly score the meat in a diamond pattern on each side. Place meat in a resealable bag. Pour in the  marinade. Squish meat and marinade around to make sure the entire piece of meat has been covered with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours rotating occasionally. Take the meat out of the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before you start to cook it (so it becomes room temperature again). Turn your broiler on high (or grill medium-high). Cook under the broiler or on the grill 6-8 minutes per side depending on thickness and desired doneness. Serve with sauteed mushrooms and mashed potatoes.
