Chocolate Oreo Peanut Butter Pie:

1 Oreo Pie Crust
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
4 oz mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup heavy cream, divided
4 oz semisweet chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl beat 1 cup heavy cream with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, mascarpone, sugar and peanut butter together until smooth. fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture and spread onto the Oreo cookie dough crust. Place in fridge.

Heat remaining 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a medium pot. One the cream is hot, add the chocolate chips and whisk until melted and smooth. Let it cool slightly and spread over peanut butter layer. return to fridge and let chocolate ganache set for at least 4 hours.

Cut into triangular wedges and serve cold.
