Mango & Sprouts BLT Club Sandwich:

pan roasted deli turkey, thinly sliced
three thin slices of sourdough sandwich bread
1 slice of provolone cheese
two strips of crispy bacon
2 thin slices of red tomato
lettuce
sprouts
1 thin slice of mango
mayo
Dijon mustard
1 dill pickle (on the side)

Toast your slices of bread first. Then lightly spread mayo on the inner sides and mustard on one side of the sandwich. Layer your sandwich from the bottom up: mango, lettuce, turkey, third bread slice, bacon, tomato, cheese, and sprouts on top. Close your sandwich and serve with a dill pickle on the side.
