Info Post
Barbecue Skewers:

1/2 pound cubed beef
1/2 pound cubed chicken
1 green bell pepper, (cut to the size of the meat)
1 red bell pepper, (cut to the size of the meat)
pineapple cubed, (cut to the size of the meat)
8 skewers (metal or wood. If you have wooden skewers soak them in water for an hour before using. helps to keep them from burning on the grill)
1 bottle of teriyaki marinade

Pour the marinade (evenly) into three bowls. Put the beef cubes in one bowl of the marinade, the chicken in another, and the peppers and pineapple in another. Let them marinade for about twenty minutes. After twenty minutes load them onto your skewers (do not put the beef and the chicken on to the same skewers. The chicken requires longer cooking time).

Here is an example of how they should look:

Cook the beef skewers on medium-high for about 8-10 minutes (or until they are cooked). The chicken skewers should take a little longer then the beef skewers.
