Info Post
I made this panini sandwich for some girlfriends of mine for one of our "girls night" and they were so tasty and a real hit! Simple to make and super delicious!

Grilled Prosciutto, Turkey, Provolone, and Tomato Panini Sandwich

Thinly sliced Deli Procsciutto
Thinly sliced Deli Pan roasted turkey
Thinly sliced Provolone cheese
Red round tomatoes, sliced thinly
Thinly sliced white/wheat cracked sourdough (panini) bread
Spinach leaves
Table salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Butter
Shredded Parmesan cheese

You will also need a Panini maker and a brush for applying olive oil.

Take two slices of the sourdough bread and lightly brush the insides with butter.
on one side, butter side up, start stacking your ingredients: 1 slice of prosciutto, 1slice of turkey, 2 slices of red tomato, 3 spinach leaves, and 1 slice of provolone cheese. Sprinkle a dash of table salt, and a dash of pepper on top and close the sandwich by placing the other slice butter side down.

With a brush, lightly spread oil olive on the top of your sandwich and place olive oil side down on the grill, then spread  olive oil on the top side, sprinkle a little bit of shredded parmesan on top for texture, and close the lid of the panini maker. Cook until lightly browned on each side and cheese has melted.
