Summertime Fruit Salad:

2 cans of mandarin oranges
2 cans of pineapples
4 Kiwis
3 apples (I like to peel mine before I cut them but you can leave the peel if you like)
2 cups of small red or green grapes
2 cups strawberries
1 half cantaloupe cubed
1 half melon cubed
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp sugar

First start by pouring the pineapple and the oranges into a large serving bowl but save the juice from the cans in a separate bowl. Cut or cube all of the fruit so that every piece is the size of the grapes. Put everything into a large serving bowl and mix well. Add the lemon juice and sugar to the juice from the orange and pineapple cans and mix together. Pour a little bit of the mixture over the fruit and mix together. Keep adding more juice to the fruit as needed. Toss away the rest.
