Info Post
This is the perfect glaze to cook over a fully cooked ham. Most ham you can buy in the meat department is fully cooked but check the packaging before you buy it or ask an employee. Perfect for a brunch or dinner party.

Apricot Glaze for a Ham:
(16lb Ham)

In a food processor grind these ingredients together:
6 garlic cloves
zest of an orange
8 oz jar of apricot preserves
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dijon mustard

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Place the ham in a deep baking dish and spread the mixture over the ham. Place the ham in the oven and cook for 1 hour.

Serve with three small bowls filled with (1) seeded dijon mustard, (2) chutney sauce, and (3) dijon mustard.
