Hawaiian Pulled BBQ Chicken Sliders:
4 chicken breast pieces
1 jar of your favorite bbq sauce
1 can of drained pineapples
1 coarsly chopped yellow onion
1 package of small hawaiian party rolls (24 pack)
Set your crockpot on low.
First brown the chicken breast pieces in a saute pan in 1 tbsp of olive oil (both sides) and place into your crockpot. Pour in the BBQ sauce, the onion, and the pinepples to the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours, or until the chicken is cooked. Remove the chicken pieces and shred them with two forks. Put the shredded chicken in a bowl and mix it with 2 tbsp of warm BBQ sauce. Put the shredded chicken inbetween the rolls with your homemade coleslaw mix and serve warm.
Homemade Coleslaw:
2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons Apple/Cider Vinegar
2 1/2 tsp sugar (or to taste)
1/2 bag of three colored, coleslaw mix
