Pea Salad:

2 cups of  peas
3 strips of bacon, cooked and sliced (or 1/2 package of Hormel cooked Peppered Bacon)
1/4 cup cobly jack cheese, finely cubed
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp light mayo
1 tbsp light sour cream
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 tbsp
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp pepper
Mix everything and chill in the fridge for two hours before serving.
