Chicken, Bacon, Tomato & Ranch Pizza:

28 oz sourdough dough ball (go to the Safeway bakery department and ask for 1 sourdough bread dough to make pizza with, they sell the dough for about $2)
garlic infused olive oil
3/4 cup ranch-style salad dressing (add more if desired)
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled, cooked crispy bacon
1 cup grilled chicken, diced or cubed (you can use all natural canned chicken to save on cooking time)
1 can Italian stewed diced tomatoes
4 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Hand-form dough to a 16-inch round, and let rise to twice its size (place a towel over it and let sit at room temp). Roll edges to make a crust and lightly brush the top with garlic infused olive oil. Top with ranch dressing, 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella. Layer onions, bacon, chicken, parsley and tomatoes on top, and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10 minutes in oven at 420°F (or until the edges are browned and the center is cooked through).
