12 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp regular mustard
1 tsp chili powder (you can use cayenne pepper or paprika as well)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
chili powder for garnish or paprika
little sprigs of dill for garnish
Cut hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks (carefully); set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Add the mayonnaise, mustards, chopped dill, chili powder, salt and pepper; mix well. Stuff or pipe into egg whites. Refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with chili powder and garnish with little sprigs of dill. Makes 2 dozen.
