Bow Tie Pasta with Sun dried Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, and Crumbled Feta Cheese:

1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup kalamata olives, halved
3 cups dried bow tie pasta
1 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 cup homemade croutons
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp olive oil

Start by boiling salted water. Add your bow tie pasta to the boiling water and cook to al dente. Drain the noodles and pour them into a large serving bowl. Add the 2 tsp of olive oil, salt and pepper to the pasta chopped and mix together. Then add the sun dried tomatoes, the halved olives, chopped basil, and croutons and mix together. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top and serve.
