Pup Puffs:
(makes 24 mini muffins or 12 regular muffins)
4 eggs
1 cup milk
2/3 cup oat flour
1 cup milk
2/3 cup oat flour
1 garlic clove, mincedPreheat oven to 425 degrees
Lightly grease mini muffin pan
(or regular, if you do not have a mini muffin pan).
Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. You can use a food processor or blender to speed up the process. Spoon the batter into the mini muffin pan filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake mini muffins in the oven for 15-20 minutes or regular muffins 25-30 minutes; the tops will be slightly golden brown when done.
Cool the muffins completely before storing in an air tight container. Pup Puffs freeze well too, so no need to feed them all to your pups at once.
