Another Ina Garten recipe I'd love to try is this marinated salmon. It looks really easy to make.
Asian Salmon Marinade:
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 rice wine vinegar
1/4 lemon juice
2 scallions chopped (onions)
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp fish sauce
1tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp chili paste
Stir ingredients together and pour 1/2 of the marinade over your ready to bake salmon (best to put the salmon on foil). Then sprinkle panco bread crumbs (Japanese bread crumbs, you can find these in the Asian section of the grocery store) over the fish and pour the rest of the marinade on top.
While the salmon marinades. Preheat your oven to 500. Make sure you have a really clean oven. Cook for 15 minutes.
